A sad war which can be won

Depression is a common mental health condition in which people experience persistent sadness. They have no interest in daily work or things or any activities their once they enjoyed.  They feel as if they will never get better which leads to changes in the way they think, sleep and act.
Going through difficult phase of life is very painful, very sad in itself and it comes to mind that this situation will never end and will continuously, but with time people adjust to the circumstances and get rid of depression. Let’s take a normal sadness feeling from which everyone suffers in some point of their life and overcomes from it within few hours , but in the case of depression it persists practically every day for at least two weeks and also has other symptoms are involved than sadness like lack of sleep,  loss of interest in day to day activities, negative thinking etc.
Anyone can experience depression at any age, even if there is no reason for it. Depression is curable. if someone gets into it, if they are suffering from depression and have symptoms of depression, they need to speak to the nearest healthcare provider as soon as possible and also this should be shared to the near or dear one whoever able to provide comfort and relief. The sooner consultation is done, the sooner it helps to recover from depression.  Depression is a sad war within self but it can be won.
