Reflections of the childhood, shapes your future

Be compassionate and kind towards them because may be they might not have learned the right lessons from their childhood

What exactly is good and bad? Is it something outside of us or something within us or is this really the reflection of oneself? Good and bad are two commonly used words we are listening from various people in our family, society, school etc.  But   Let’s give few minutes and calmly sit down to give a thought to it. Some chain of thoughts must have filled in the mind, but why when we all  know what is good and what is bad then again some of us choose a right path and some of us choose wrong path to live the life?

Let us think and comment about it. Starting from the basic. Children are like wet clay, they become whatever shape they are given in childhood. In this, the things learned in childhood play the most important role. Everyone of us are trained in a certain practice which are primarily adopted from our parents or guardians and teachers.

Let us took an example of telling truth and lie by children. When a child starts going to school, his/her teachers encourage him/her to tell the truth and when he/she comes home,  parents also encourage her/him again to tell the truth also demonstrate it in the form of behavior so that the child learns quickly. Inculcate as many good habits as possible in them and protect them from bad environment.

After so many efforts, the child slowly starts understanding the truth. Training every child to tell the truth from childhood will change their behavior in a certain way and they will do everything accordingly even in a middle age and adulthood. He or she will be more truthful in their every behavior and gesture. If the children learns truth from childhood then it reflect in their personality and actions.

Those children who have learned and practiced some bad habit like lying and started lying at a young age, in that time they do not realize it because they do not have enough understanding to observe the situation properly or their thoughts are not mature enough to differentiate between good and bad. The children will adopt that habit and it will also reflect their  every behavior and action.

Here truth is just an example. The essence is that, the way anyone choose their path whether it is good or bad, is directly proportionate to what they have learned from their childhood. So next time when you see someone to do something wrong or bad, then naturally you must need to be careful with them but also be compassionate and kind towards them because  may be they might not have learned the right lessons from their childhood.

Besides above all we need to understand that everything is changeable so the habits adopted from the childhood also can be changed. Further we will discuss the process to inculcate right behavior and habit.
